Excursions are suitable for intermediate freeriders (skiers, snowboarders, telemarkers) looking to experience the thrills of relatively abrupt slopes.

The concept is a simple one: For a very affordable sum, our guides will look after you all day long and bring you back up the mountain by snowmobile. The snowmobile ride back up the steep trail features some stunning views of the surrounding slopes and is an experience in itself!

The Vallée Taconique team is there to help you enjoy some of the most beautiful surroundings on the whole of the Gaspé peninsula, all in a secure environment.

Your safety is always our top priority. Our guides are trained for mountain excursions and to recognize the risks of avalanche (which are minimal in this area). They give basic mountain safety training to every participant before they set out. And all our guides are, of course, trained in first aid.
